All Linnea functional door hardware is made of Marine Grade (316) Stainless Steel. All exposed parts such as the face plate, latch bolt, strike plate and screws are made of Marine Grade (316) Stainless Steel. This 28 degree turn heavy duty lever strength latch is good for heavy duty residential and light duty commercial application.SUBROSE - Our sub-rose is made from a casting process with a built in spring. This will allow the lever not to sag or droop. Additionally, it will increase the longevity of the latch, and allow for a much sturdier feel during operation. This detachable sub rose allows for the replacement of levers or roses without replacing the entire set.LEVER - Our lever sets work with 1 3/8â to 2â thick doors as standard. However an extension kit is available for extra thick doors. The roses are available in round or square. The large rose is for pre-bored (2-1/8â) doors and the smaller rose is for non-bored or 5/8â bored doors. As usual all of our levers are available in privacy, passage, single dummy and full dummy function. Our push pin type privacy works with the large rose, however, lever sets with small roses require and are supplied with the privacy mortise bolt and turn piece. The extra-long head of privacy pin provides extra comfort while operating. Our levers are all solid as well as thicker and longer than industry standard, which provide a more comfortable grip, especially for people who have bigger hands.
